How much does is cost to be a Berea home Village member?

A single membership is $300 per year. A family membership is $500 per year.   Assistance with the membership fee may be available for those individuals or households who need help. 

How do I schedule a ride?

Call the Berea Home Village office at 859-985-0099 at least 24 hours before the appointment. 

What services are available with membership?

Transportation, home safety assessments, vendor referrals, phone check-in calls, Berea Home Village sponsored events, and emergency preparedness are a few of the available services. 

I live outside the Berea City limits.  May I join Berea home Village?

At this time, membership is available to those living inside the 40403 zip code. 

how can I donate to Berea home Village?

Checks can be made to Berea Home Village and mailed to the office at 305 Estill St., Berea, KY 40403.  

Are services covered by Medicare or Medicaid?

Medicare and Medicaid do not cover any services offered by Berea Home Village. 

Do volunteers have a background check?

A background check is conducted on all Berea Home Village volunteers.

Does Berea Home Village have an office that I can visit?

Yes, the Berea Home Village office is located inside St. Joseph Hospital in Berea.  It is on the second floor. The office hours are 8:00am - 3:30pm Monday -Thursday.   The office is closed on Friday.  However, someone can be reached by phone,  8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. 

What are the Age requirements:

Membership is available to those age 50 and older.
